With over 18 years of experience in the “People” ecosystem, Cibele specializes in human and behavioral development, helping individuals and organizations navigate change and growth. She has worked with leading organizations in People Strategy, Workforce Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Change Management, Culture, Communication, Creativity, and Design Thinking. In recent years, she has focused on training professionals and guiding organizations in Human & Behavior Development.

Cibele holds a Master’s degree in People Management from the University of São Paulo and a specialization in Neuroscience Applied to Human Behavior from Albert Einstein Hospital – São Paulo. She is also certified in key Behavioral Assessments and Methodologies, including DISC, MBTI, and Points of You.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Cibele brings a global perspective to her work, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
