Dianne Nersesian-McGuire
Dianne Nersesian-McGuire is passionate about helping professionals develop a growth mindset, navigate change, and enhance their communication skills. She has coached global teams in integrating cross-cultural communication strategies in organizations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Most recently, Dianne served as the Global Learning Lead at Ørsted, a leading renewable energy company. There, she advised finance, engineering, marine affairs, and operations professionals on competency development and career growth. Dianne has also taught communication skills at NYU Stern School of Business, URI, and Johnson & Wales University.
With an M.A. in Intercultural Communication, Dianne engages Contribute’s learners with a practical approach, supporting their unique transformational processes as communicators.
A graduate of Cornell University, The Actor’s Institute in New York City, and the University of the Pacific, Dianne is also a certified Scrum Master. She gives back to her community by volunteering for CASA in Rhode Island, advocating for children in challenging family situations.
