A certified coach, organizational development consultant, and facilitator, she has been instrumental in enhancing communication, empowering teams, and cultivating a healthy workplace culture throughout her career. Kaylin is best known for designing and facilitating workshops with teams, building organizational strategy with C-Suite and founders, and leading project management initiatives.

A proud alumna of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Kaylin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance and Acting. She also has a professional coaching certification with the Co-Active Training Institute, an ICF-accredited program. Additionally, she is a certified member of the Organization Design Community in New York.
