Pat is an experienced operations leader and trainer, dedicated to enhancing productivity and performance. Patrick moved to China in 1998 and currently splits his time between China and Thailand. Since 2004, he has been training companies across diverse industries, helping teams implement international leadership and management best practices.
With a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication, Patrick ensures that teams collaborate effectively across borders. His training sessions are engaging and interactive, enriched with real-world stories and anecdotes from his extensive experience. By tailoring each session to the specific needs of trainees and organizations, he delivers practical and impactful learning experiences.
Patrick holds an MBA specializing in International Business and certifications in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Lean Six Sigma. His academic background includes studies in Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Cultural Anthropology/Psychology, and East Asian Studies at Loyola University – Chicago.
