Over the years, Christine has worked extensively within the banking and insurance industries, serving Sales, Comms, L&D, Talent, and HR managers ​​– from early-career professionals and senior managers to C-Suite leaders. She has designed and delivered effective communications solutions in three languages and in over 17 countries. During her 13-year tenure as a partner at her previous firm, Christine played a pivotal role in the growth of the business by setting up global operations in Asia, South America, and Europe. Christine hired, onboarded, and managed their global team, as well as revamped sales incentives, launched D&I initiatives, and successfully transitioned in-person services to virtual at the height of the pandemic.
